Overcome Your Anxiety

It is normal to feel anxious from time to time. It enhances our focus and keeps us on the right track to achieve our goals. However, when anxiety is out of our control and constantly stresses us, it needs to be managed and controlled.

I will teach you about anxiety. Based on your needs and preferences, I will use one, or a combination, of the following techniques:

  • Dance and Movement Therapy.

These are proven techniques to help clients reduce their anxiety, make them feel less worried, and less responsive to what used to make them anxious. Applying them helps people feel more relaxed and positive.
